Being a Rock – guided meditation

This meditation is asking us to focus on what really matters rather than what we look like or how we don’t match up with the images we have of beauty or success. I’ve called it ‘Being a Rock’ and in it, I invite you to visualise being a rock. It is a calming and inspiring guided meditation to start your day with clarity and a sense of connection.
